Mug'ers lets you design a custom mug (using your own images, AI-generated designs, or both) and have it printed and shipped by our production partner, Printify, on our behalf. You can check out with or without creating an account.
You keep ownership of any image or content you upload. By submitting a design, you grant us the rights needed to reproduce it on your mug and generate preview mockups. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload — we don't allow content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors. We may refuse or remove any design that violates this.
Prices are set in Swiss francs (CHF); if you're paying from another country, Stripe automatically converts the total to your local currency at the live exchange rate at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated live based on your delivery address and shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card details.
Production begins automatically once payment is confirmed. There is no manual review step, so please check your design and shipping address carefully before paying. Once production has started, we generally cannot make changes or cancel the order.
Mugs are printed to order and shipped from our production partner's facilities; delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. You'll see an estimated shipping cost at checkout based on your address. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Every Mug'ers order is made specifically for you. Under EU consumer law (and equivalent Swiss principles), custom-made and personalized goods are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal that applies to typical online purchases — meaning you generally can't cancel or return an order simply because you changed your mind after production has started.
This doesn't affect your right to a replacement or refund if your mug arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you designed — contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
We aim to accurately reproduce your design, but minor variations in color and print position between the on-screen preview and the finished mug can occur due to the printing process. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Zürich, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
